The "Bogø" blanket is made from 100% Scandinavian wool. The pattern is a mix of simple stripes and a color field in a timeless Nordic design. The oversize 140 x 240 cm provides an extra feel-good factor, because you can really snuggle up in it.
The blankets from this collection are all dedicated to Scandinavia and named after Danish islands. The series contains several simple designs that share the common feature of using only the natural tones of the wool. The rugs feature simple traditional patterns rooted in the same regions as the sheep. With their softness and warmth, these designs perfectly match the Nordic climate.

About Silkeborg Uldspinderi
The Danish company Silkeborg Uldspinderi has been working with wool for three generations: from the raw fiber to the finished product, with an emphasis on good raw materials, excellent workmanship and high quality. Silkeborg Uldspinderi is a modern Danish design brand with a focus on fine craftsmanship and sustainable design.
Blankets made from wool and alpaca fibers are naturally stain resistant, so most stains caused by juice, coffee, etc. can be prevented by gently blotting the surface with a dry cloth before the stain penetrates the fibres. Wool and alpaca fibers are excellent at absorbing moisture and are, to a certain extent, self-cleaning. We therefore recommend airing the ceilings frequently. Blankets made of 100% wool can be washed on a wool cycle at a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius and with a maximum spin speed of 600 rpm. It is important that the item is laid out to dry once the wash cycle is complete. Please do not hang up the item, but lay it flat - e.g. on a drying rack or similar. Make sure the rug is completely dry before folding. If the ceiling is heavily soiled - eg with red wine or oil - we recommend that you have it dry cleaned.
