Raffle Easter special
Conditions of participation for sweepstakes (Easter Special)
By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation:
- The organizer of the competition is: nordery, Jasmin Kirst, Firstalmstr. 17, 81539 Munich, Germany. The competition is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram.
- Participation is by tagging a photo with the @nordery_shop account and using the hashtag #nordery in the respective post.
- The winner will be drawn at random. Anyone over the age of 18 living in Germany, Austria and Switzerland is eligible to participate, with the exception of nordery employees and their families.
- The competition runs from April 2nd, 2020 at 4 p.m. to April 4th, 2020 at 7 p.m.
- The winner(s) will be drawn at random and notified in a comment under the competition entry on April 4th, 2020 (please only participate if you agree with the marking). If there is no response within 5 days, the right to the prize expires. A cash payment is not possible.
- Nordery reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, suspend or modify the competition and/or change the prizes if circumstances make it necessary. In this case, nordery is in no way liable for damages to the participants.
- The prizes are sent by nordery, which is why the winner must agree to the winner's data being passed on. These may only be used for the competition.
