We pay attention to the highest hygiene guidelines and safety standards to protect ourselves and our customers:
- We disinfect our hands before any contact with a product or package.
- We pack all orders with gloves and face masks.
- There is always only one person in the room who packs the orders.
Our shipping partner DHL will continue to deliver and deliver the packages, but without direct contact and therefore without written confirmation of receipt of the packages. Please understand if there may be delays in delivery.
